Enter the Matrix Walkthrough:

Wow, a level that actually lasts more than 2 minutes! Or maybe I just didn't find the shortcut yet.

You're in a quiet room with shelves. Go through the open door. Three guards start shooting at you. Take them out, then go out past the TV into the area with the desks.

In the next area, there's a fence to the right with 4-5 guys behind it. There is NOTHING behind that fence so don't worry about that. Just peek out, shoot a guy, hide and heal. Shake and repeat. Soon enough all of them will be dead. Then head left down the big arched hallway.

You see a cut scene of guys looking through boxes. "Any ideas here?" Go right, right again into the end office. Go forward through the glass. Now you're in another room with forklifts. Yikes, not the Evil Forklifts!!

Go around a series of shelves with guards waiting for you each time. Just heal in between and it's easy. At the end is a lowered metal door. You crouch beneath it automatically. Head through the door.

Now you're in a green glass office area. Go down to the far end, in the left office through the green door. Now you're in another office area. Get the guards, then head towards the two crouching guys ahead of you. Go in the door to a little closet area, then out another door.

You're in the control room. There are 2 guys in here - knock both out and grab the health. Now hit the button on the back wall. It turns green. Head out the door into a little hallway. Opening the next door hits a checkpoint.
