Wander around the ruins area, clearing out the bad guys. There's armor tucked in the square area in the center. When the area is clear, rappel up the wooden wall to the balcony. There's more armor in this area to left of the open spot in the wall when facing it. There's more armor to the left of the stairs down.

Head in the tunnel area for a sniper rifle - dragunov.

Get down to the cart and push it. Now go by the door and blow it open. objective complete.
