Blitzball: Passing
Passing means that the person you control - the ball carrier - is choosing to try to pass the ball to another player on your team. Your ball carrier has a PA stat - this is his/her Passing Accuracy. The further away the target player is, the harder it is to pass to them. If you start with a PA of 10, as the ball goes through the water to its target that PA goes down and down until it hits 0. If it gets to the player before 0, the player catches it. If it's at 0 before it gets to the player, the player fumbles.
