Unfortunately he blows himself up by accident. You have to get him to the hospital while still high on moonshine fumes. It's a very wavy screen when driving. Very dizzying!! Drive to hospital - he says it's not safe. Now he has you driving to a friend that will help. Drive to spot and he waddles in there without an arm.
