Treacherous Swine
This is your first Cortez mission. Go talk to him at his yacht. He's figuring out what went wrong with the drug bust. He found the loose lipped guy and wants you to make a point by killing him with a chainsaw. Note that this comes in VERY handy for any other close combat you may need to do in other missions.
OK, pretty much just drive to the spot and chainsaw him. It's VERY easy. If you then run towards the shop, you'll go right past a bribe in the alley and cut down your stars if you have any.
