This final "D" mission comes after you free Lance from the kidnappers. It is really meeting Lance outside the building and playing with good weapons. Your aim is to take Diaz out. See Diaz in house with his TVs. He sees you two coming in.
Lance has health meter. If you need health, there's a health icon on inside lower level from the front.
Go behind building, in through pool entrance to "Diaz's Mansion" Go in up the stairs and get a short video of Diaz threatening you. Then it's just a matter of shooting him down.
