There's a pile of bricks out in the outside area of the cantina, that you can finally build about halfway through the game. This builds a gold question mark in the wall, which leads to Lego City!

This is a green happy tree and picket fence world. There's a timer running, and you need to gather 1 million coins. Note that you don't have to "gather" them. Here, you just have to "release" them for them to count.

It's really a ton of fun to go around getting tons of coins! We can do this in 18:17. Really it's just a matter of a few tricks - like spelling LEGO over on the right, and forcing / smashing everything else.
