You need 16/16 bricks and to have completed Episode V to get into this area. The Super Story is fairly straightforward. If you know all the levels well, you just zip through them one after the other. It takes a while of course, but it shouldn't be hard to actually do. You can use all bonusses in this section so if you leave this until after you get invincibility etc. it's extra easy.

For the mini-kit and character bonus you can't use your score multiplier, but you can use other things such as invincibility. So again, those really help.

On the character one, Bespin, bounty hunter is a good choice for the character to use. Go down the path to the right and keep moving, shooting fences and people as you go. Everything regenerates. It's faster to keep going and picking up new coins vs circling in one place to get "every last coin" where you are. We can peg 3:58 pretty easily.

On the mini-kit one, Hoth, the snowspeeder with torpedoes is your best bet. The walls are full of studs so tow bombs to them to smash them. They regenerate. You can shoot trees along the way for even more coins. We hit about 3:27 in here.
