drive to the docks and get attacked after a cut scene

in addition to the dealers, there are cops and you have three stars

Run away to find some cover and then kill the dealers so you can steal their truck of drugs

lose your stars and take the drugs to Sal's lockup

the S goes away again and triggers a call from JD to enable his mission #5
