Sal has been kidnapped - rescue him

Follow one of the bad guys way south where he meets the rest. Sal is in the trunk, so you can't shoot the car

Follow them and either run them off the road until they exit the car or track them to the car crusher and get the car away when they leave it for the crusher

There's a small time window when you can do this

Drive Sal back to his place - don't worry about killing the bad guys
