The North Clock Tower is the 'seedy' part of town, where dark deeds are done. It's also your first destination, when you start the game and seek the Great Fairy. She's to the eastern side, up the ramp. She'll want her lost fairy. The fairy is either in the Laundry Pool during the day, or in the eastern town area by the crates at night. Bring the fairy back to the Great Fairy in order to get magic power.

Shoot down the balloon as a Deku in order to play the hide-and-seek game with the bombers and get into the observatory. The bombers are hiding:

• 1 right in this room by the tree
• 1 behind the playgym to the north
• 1 in the eastern area, to the far east below the entrance to the observatory
• 1 up on the porch roof of the inn - fly up with the flower
• 1 to the far west, just below the post office
