At first, you're sure to wince when you see this is another one of those dual-track evil cloud races - like Abyss in the Invitational which you've probably attempted by now. However, in this one it's actually better to be on the lower track, so drop down as soon as you can.

At the flat non-track area, cut straight through the middle, between the square and circle buildings, and you'll be aimed right at the exit point of the area. Go through the tunnels, and pull up on the long jumps to make them. It's a really quick lap, and an easy win.
