I would do *all three* of the Insurance Fraud mission sets as soon as you can. This gets you a ton of respect, a ton of money, and some added health benefits as well.

All 3 instances of this activity work the same way. You have to go to the marked red zone area, and then within the stated time limit, "get damaged". You don't actually get hurt as long as you hit RT or LT to dive while you're being hit. If you make the required amount of money, you get a portion of that money for yourself plus respect.

Here are some great multipliers to go for -

civil vehicle
air time

So if you're in a civil vehicle (i.e. a cop car) and run head-on into someone to get ejected for air time, with people watching, you can easily rack up $50,000 with that one hit. The target zone will move every once in a while, but the timer pauses to give you unlimited time to get there. Be careful when you're driving, people suddenly drive like *maniacs* while this mission is enabled.

All 3 instances use the same time limits and dollar amount quotas. Note that we had bought clothing / tattoos to get a 10% respect modifier. I just show the base respect amount here. The money you get is based on how much you brought in so if you for example are aiming for $15,000 but get a "big hit" and end up with $30,000, your take-home income for that level is higher. Therefore your exact income might differ from what we list here, as this is just one particular pass we did.
