You're pretty much thrown into this mission after your canonized. First, buy yourself a basic gun. Don't bother springing for the higher cost models - everyone you fight right now will have the base version and that way you can gather up all their ammo.

Now go onto the street and run towards the red squares. These are your enemies, so shoot them. In case you didn't get the hint, there are also red arrows floating over their heads. When they die, they drop guns (i.e. ammo) and money - pick them up.

The enemies are relatively intelligent - they'll drop into a crouch to provide a smaller target for you to hit. When you are shooting them, shot position does matter - i.e. a shot to the head will put them down more quickly.

Once you take care of 3 groups of enemies, a car comes to cause you some trouble. Get him, and take his car.

There are 2 crown icons on the lower left display - this means the Kings are very angry with you. Blue dots will help to guide you to the local "Forgive and Forget" - i.e. spray paint shop. Note that they don't always guide you the shortest way - they actually care about one-way streets and so on. The Forgive and Forget will clean you up for free this time.

Now that the gang can't find you any more, Troy is hungry. He wants to go to the local burger joint, "Freckle Bitch's". Drive over to the blue circle there.
