Note that you "pay respect" to start this mission. So if you begin with respect x15, it'll drop to respect x14 when you begin. However you earn respect back rather quickly during the mission so it's not a net loss.

You're shown to start at an abandoned storefront. Kick the door open with Y. Go left through the doorway - there's an enemy immediately on your right. Shoot him. Go around that corner - there's guy at end hiding behind the table. Kill him and gather ammo. Remember to use the A button to reload.

Go through the room and left - there are 2 guys in here. When you're done with them, head back into the main room - shoot the girl who has appeared. This complex is now clear.

Head out the other door. A red square shows the lieutenant fleeing in a car. Shoot him a few times as he gets into his car, then hop in the car waiting there for you and chase the red square. The lieutenant has a red radius circle around him. If you get outside the circle you have about 30 seconds to get back into it, or the mission ends. As long as you stay in that circle you have infinite time to finish the mission.

As you chase him, he always drives down to the beach area. Once he gets there, he gets out of his car. Shoot it out with him.

Kill him - you now own Athos Bay. and have 2/36 territories. These will earn you $400/day. You pick this up in your crib.

Cell phone call - finish this shit. i.e. he wants you to come for the next mission.
