When you start this mission, you're told to wait for Troy and Julius. They come out to you where you're standing. Troy is the one with a black shirt with a purple horizontal stripe across the chest. You find a nice Aqua across the street to drive them in. Follow the blue dots on the mini-map while you hear a dialogue about "the kid will be fine". i.e. you. On your HUD, you have 2 heads in the top right with their health bars. You press Y to revive them if they go down.

Your main objective is to kill the 3 gang lieutenants, but they are surrounded by minions. Go in and start shooting in the main docks area. The lieutenants are red squares rather than red dots. Note that your friends pick up weapons and ammo too, so you have to be quick if you want them for yourself.

Go around the back right. There are more guys to shoot in the boxes area. A guy drives a car in trying to run you over. Take him out. Keep going around the back. Soon you're heading towards the big white trailers. Shoot down a few more peons here. When they're dead, go around the back left of the buildings.

Shoot this batch of people and at the numbered loading dock area go around the right side by the waterfront.

yellow shirts - vice kings

Just for fun, someone here has molotov cocktails. Take out the remaining people who should at this point be the lieutenants. Once the bad guys are dead, the cops show up. You have to hop into a car and lose them. You have 2 stars on your lower right meter. It shouldn't take much driving at all for those stars to go away.

Shen you lose them, drive back to the church. "Saint's Row's ours again" Julius launches immediately into divide and conquer - you see a talk. We need to wipe them all out. Lynn is disguised to go into Rollerz (blue). Johnny's eager to do his part but is told to quiet down.

Reclamation mission completed, Harrowgate is yours.
