First, get in the bulldozer that's driving around - the driver will hop out for you. Now you see boxes conveniently located near the water. Go push each one so it sinks. Glug glug glug. Don't they pack their drugs in waterproof baggies?

The first one is near you. This is easy. THe next one is a little ways down a road. The third one is forward and up a little ramp. Go forward and right by the Oesch. Now you have 2 left and should have about 45 seconds left on your timer. Go straight forward, this one is a straight push in. Now go back and right for the vinal ones, down on a red dock area.
