Lin gets shot, and you get dumped into the ocean locked in the trunk. Lin dies, and somehow you get out of the trunk and up out of the water. You get only 2 minutes to catch him. Race forward and go left up the stairs. There's a car in the parking lot - run towards it.

Now go a little right and down the dirt road, left under the bridge, hop out with the rocket launcher. He drives straight towards you. Rocket launch the car, then rocket launch the people.
