Drive on over to the shop as indicated. Once you get there, the fun begins. Go through the shooting run, it's pretty short and easy. When Donnie takes off, Lin of course is right outside. She lets loose at you, and you pay her back by putting a few holes into her car. She is NOT happy.

Now you have to chase her for a while. You just stay in the red circle, you don't want to shoot or hurt her in any way.
