You start at Cesar's house, and he likes your car. Now you have to go to the race. Follow him just a short way to get to the racetrack.

The trick here is to learn the course so you can just drive it without watching the map or for where the next red indicator bar is. So drive the course a few times to learn the pattern, and then really go for it. It's mostly a matter of driving skill and knowing which way to turn automatically.

When you win, you end up at the end of the pier and get $1,000! That's about 1:31 of driving time.
