Apparently the rhyme book is in his recoding studio. You don't want to use any guns in here. It'sa bout stealth. You should crouch, target him, and then press circle when your arm is raised to kill him. The radar map will show guards as red dots.

The pool guard does a loop - you can wait for him to loop around and just follow him. Now a third guard is coming - go left and hide in the dark room. Stay there until the third guard goes to look at the second guard. When he's at the doorway, you can go past him. Keep heading towards the green dot.

There's an exercise room - go pas there. Now you see a guard forward in a bar arae. crouch and go along the front of the bar. There are lots of red dots in here! Go forward pas the guy watching TV. You'll end up in a white hallway. Go left into the dark room to your left for some body armor. Go out the other side of this room and behind the guard in the hallway - kill him and the rhymes are right there in the recording studio.

Now you're allowed to kill guards - and you're told that taking a silenced pistol off a guard will help make your escape easier. If you keep going forward, you'll reach a library with a safe, there's a silenced pistol in there. Next you'll reach a dining area and then upstairs the bedrooms. There's more body armor in the second bedroom to the right. At the end of the hall is a large white room with frosted windows, and no exit.

Work your way out again, shooting if you have to. Now get your way back to the burger joint. He's really happy.
