The Gym


Once you get a few missions into the game, you're allowed to go to the gym and work out. It's important to be strong, so you get through the fighting missions and survive! Note that you can only work out a certain amount for a day before you hit your limit. Just come back the next day to keep working.

Bicycle: keep pressing X - builds stamina, looses fat
Treadmill: keep pressing X - builds stamina, looses fat
Dumbbells (hand held): alternate X and circle - builds muscle
Barbells (two handed): alternate X and circle - builds muscle

Next levels in Muscle:
* well toned
* You're getting buff
* can learn new move
* Looking good
* perfectly chiseled (about halfway up bar)
* ripped (3/4 up bar)

Trainer Move 1 - target R1, hit with circle.
learn:
running attack - target with R1 then press triangle.
downed enemy - R1 and then triangle
repeat attack - R1 then triangle repeatedly

If you fight him again, you don't learn anything new.
