You watch a TV show talking about the cops having been caught at their dirty deeds, "They're exiting the courtroom now". All charges are then dropped. Then they say "Los Santos will be burning tonight." You guys don't want to see your hood burnt down by random rioters.

Hop into the car provided and start driving on home. You see rioters and burning vehicles as you go and have to avoid getting your own car caught on fire. You can't leap into another car, you have to stay in Sweet's car.

When you get to the house, you drop Sweet off.

Mission passed!
