It's all about the art of deception. They're going to steal an armored car and use it. Your buddy is going to be driving around the main loop of highway clockwise. You need to steal 4 police motorcycles and drive them up onto his Packer truck. The motorcycles are conveniently marked in green - but you only have 12 minutes to do this in.

When you grab a bike, you now get a blue marker on your map - the position of the truck you are getting to. When you get there, literally drive the bike up onto the back of the truck and it'll tell you you're set - so hop off the truck and go hunting for your next bike.

When you get your fourth bike up on the trick, you send the truck off.
