 Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Walkthrough Hijack Mike Toreno shows up and yells at you. He works for a government agency. "It's not important which one". He's battling threats in Latin America. A rival agency with a "confused social agenda" is causing trouble. He wants you to help out - and to use Cesar without letting Cesar in on the situation. Cesar shows up claiming that you called him 1/2 hour ago. You hop on the bike and go chase the truck, it's headed for San Fierro. If you take the train bridge it's a nice direct route without any traffic on it. Cesar says "Are we jacking a train??" :) You have to steal the truck before it hits the end of the road. Just drive it back to your destination and you're set.
