IMPORTANT NOTE - if you go through the restricted area they WILL shoot. If you do not, they will NOT shoot. So it is up to you how difficult you make this for yourself :)

The easiest way to go is straight west, under the golden gate bridge, and then down the coastline on the left side. If you tried to go straight there, there are all sorts of hills and mountains to deal with. Also just beneath you is the restricted area and they'll shoot you down.

Near Angel Pines there are paths in the pine trees to let you into town from the west, and then to head out through the south.

Your visibility meter has to stay low!

When you return you should have around 4 minutes to spare.
