From the Motel save spot, exit through the door to your right and enter the foggy streets of Silent Hill. You are in room 106. You are trying to reach the Brookhaven Hospital, consult your map. When you leave the room, walk straight ahead until you can see the main road below you or you hit the gate on the other side. Either way, turn left. You will pass several dogs and a couple of flying bugs between here and the hospital. Go straight until you come to a road on the left where you see the gas station. With all of the fog it’s unlikely you see it without looking at your map several times. Turn down this road and head to the hospital on your right. Go in the front door.
