This may be tough to describe because everything here is sort of melted together. When you enter the area you want to turn left and left again down the long hall. Use your map a lot. You want to find room S3 which is on the right almost at the end. Stop every few second and check you map. When you are close start checking the right side for doors. Once you find the room you will find two boxes of handgun ammo on the back window and the S03 save spot.

From the S03 save spot, turn right and leave the room. Head right to the day room. Move to the right and avoid the large hole in the floor. You want to go around to the right and out the far door. Once out turn left and watch for at least three crawlers. You want to go left, left, and right into the store room. Once the image stops moving, leave quickly. Head left to the elevator. Go to the 2nd floor. Take a right, right, and right to the men’s locker room. In the locker on left a phone is ringing, cut scene. Go straight across to the women’s locker room and find a health drink and plastic bag in trash on the right. Something irrelevant is at the front of room. Go back to the elevator and back to the 3rd floor. Go to examining room 4 to find a body and a bucket of blood. Use that bag you found to fill with blood and you’ll know why later. Head back to the elevator and back to the 1st floor. When you leave the elevator go slightly forward and left down the hall. Take a left at the end of this and another left at the end of this. You will enter the first door on you left. On the map it reads Examination room. Look carefully. In here you will find an ampoule on the left, a story clue on the left, and the Exam room save spot on right.

From the Exam room save spot take a series of rights back to the elevator. Enter the altered day room from the door near the cafeteria and get a story clue. Take the elevator to B3 the mortuary.

Hint 23: Look at the picture on the back wall. Compare that to the bodies.

Use the code on the lock to the left of the picture and then open the picture, crematorium. Get the crematorium key. Take the elevator back to the 1st floor. Head down the right hall towards the kitchen and a new door appears heading west into day room. Use the crematorium key. There’s a nurse in here. Leave out the other side and head to C1. There may or may not be nurses here. You get 2 health drinks, 2 first aid kits, an ampoule and handgun bullets on far back table. On right almost under bed is a card happy 38th: 24 plus 7 plus 17 is 38 Head to C4. On the left find a book with a clue on right Room C4 save spot.
