Painting a Picture
Anyone can paint a picture, but the more creative skill you have, the more that your pictures sell for. While painting a picture is a one-person activity, if you have multiple painters in the same room, each person's paintings sell for more money.
Easels are cheap - around $1000 - so just about any home can afford one. You earn between $30 and $200 for each painting you make, and they take around 4 minutes each to finish painting. When you're done with it, click on it to sell it and get your cash.
