I love the creativity skill - you can learn it by playing a guitar or piano. Again, the more people you have playing together, the faster you learn so this makes for fun band scenes with lots of people playing in a group!
Once you're creative, you can use an easel to make paintings, and sell them for $50 - $100 at a pop. If you have a group of people painting together, your paintings can sell for even more.
