Roller Coaster Balloons
Go up to gazebo and further to rollercoaster. Talk to green guy to start contest. 3 laps to get all 20 balloons.
You get 11 missiles per lap. no attacks or anything, easy to get to. You can get multiple hits with a single rocket if you aim wisely!
