This is a long mission, and it's on Halloween! Hmmmm. Go towards the door staying on the right. Go up over the roof over the door and cross to the left. Now sneak around the edge of the building to the wire fence. There's a spot without barbed wire on the other side - go to it and go inside the fence enclosure. Go up on the block in its center and jump across to the window vent. Now go left to the second vent set. If you stand in the center pointing at the vent you can go in it.

Creep up on the guard and grab him. Go down to the camera. Time it's movements and when it's clear, run to the stairs. The next guard has 3 positions up on the stair area. When he turns away from you from the closest spot, go up stairs. Knock him out, get a data stick. It's an email about being worried about the kids - Sharon to Donald. You can also sneak by him as he's coming towards you, but that will just cause him to come after you later.

Head down the other stairs. There's a camera at the end of the hall. The next room has a datastick, medkit, sticky shocker and ring airfoil round. The last two are nonlethal rounds, but you don't have a rifle yet. You just gather all this ammo up until you get the rifle.

Head out in the hall again. Run down past camera to right. In the room knock out the guard. Now you see 2 guys at a desk. Deal with them by luring one over, knocking him out then getting behind the other one. When both are down, go through the metal detector (it's fine) and it checkpoints. Let the next guy finish talking, then get him.

In the elevator, go down. The room on the right tells you that 2019 is the server room code. Use the code. You run into a sign - level B1. Catch the next guy - get note - tech services room code is 7687.

If you go around the other way, you hit a security room with stickey shockers and a medkit. In any case, head along to the computer room. There are two guards in there. Get one guy in back area then take on the other guy. There's nothing in the room. There is a med kit in the 2nd room. On the computer is a note - 110598 is the code for the backup battery power room. Checkpopint.

Head down to the cafeteria. There's a Medkit here. Also, a sign - level B3. Head left. Grimsdottir says she's standing by. Now check out the gun you have. You can finally use the cool ammo you've been finding!

In the next room is a data stick - mom, when are you coming home? Head through to hall with keypad. This is the server room. Find the red computer downstairs in back room - Dougherty is the leak. Now must find his computer.
