Splinter Cell Walkthrough:
Saving the Programmers
You're in the Kalinatek Building, which is a front for the Russians. You have to recover the encryption key. You must find Ivan, a programmer. I imagine the programmers had a great deal of fun working on this level!
First, pop the 2 guys in the garage. They're easy. There's a health kit in the room here. Head up the stairs. There's a medkit on the wall in the room after geting the 2 guys. One of them has a satchel with a datastick. It says they need more resources to pretend to be an ISP.
Go up on the box by the open vent - checkpoint. Jump over onto hanging box. Jump up to cable and across. Hear radio chatter about '7th key'. Jump over to floor. Go to the poking-up pipe and rappel on wall. You see two guys over a dead body. Note you can't get in this way. Go over to skylight and jump down into the room.
Shoot the guy - datastick says security door code is 97531. The next room has metal detectors. Go in the door. Get ammo. There's another door - dark. nothing. Take the next door into the hall. You're told to "open the fire doors surrounding Ivan" Get to door and use your lockpick. Yikes, there's a fish tank in the lobby!! Protect it at all costs :) You see a guy being shot down. That's OK, just save the fish.
Lure the guards in one by one and shoot them all. They have wall mines and info on how to use them. In essence you have to move towards one slowly and disarm it when it's on the green light. The room with a body has nothing. The next room also has nothing. The long room on the right has a medkit.
Now to elevator - checkpoint. Merc programmers are behind a cluster of wall mines and need help.
You find a room with a tsa file note to masse, in a library-looking area. Across the hall in a fiery room are the 2 guys hiding. Walk slowly to them. Disable the wall mines while they are on the green light. save check point.
