Splinter Cell Walkthrough:
Cool Grimsdottir Secret

Tip from Pfeffer:

OK, this is mostly for people that have enough skill to get by and are already past the training, but, in the very first level (training) in the very beginning when you have to look at the red lights, you need to get done with the invert looking stuff and then go to the wall to your right with the light on it, if you do it just right you can wall kick up onto that ledge above the light. Get up there and then go through the door at the end. Inside you can pick up the lock pick. Go through the training and then pick the lock of the door at the very end of the first part of training(right after you have to wall kick to get over the fence when Lambert tells you to)

After you pick the lock of the door on your right, you can go inside and get a keycode from the computer. Go back to the beginning and wall kick up the wall on the left side of you from the beginning(the opposite side of the wall you jumped up to get the lock pick) the only way i found to get up there is to wall kick onto the ledge over the garage and then jump over to the path. There is also a door up there that you can use the keycode on (usually 5656) inside you can find Grimsdottir and talk to her about the 2nd Echelon and stuff.
