You're told about an ornamental stream beneath the entrance and are told to move slowly. Go along to the next room and down the pole. Now you can see the stream. Crouch and be quiet. Sneak quietly down into the stream. Now move slowly to the left, staying along the left bank. Watch for the flashlights and hide UNDER the bridge for a while.

When it's clear, go slowly forward towards the water wheel. Birds will fly off at one point. When you get to the wheel face it and then go out to its right.

You're told the situation is worse, they're killing hostages. You see a man ahead and told this is Sadona's lieutenant, and to interrogate him. You need to be patient here. Crouch SLOWLY up to behind him, and get on his left side. Then grab him and interrogate him. You're told "they have guns" and that the leader is a bald man with a fake leg.

Drag him into the dark corner to the left and knock him out.

If you have trouble with that technique, you can also spook him by making a little noise - he'll walk over to the dark corner then turn his back to it. You can grab him then.

Now another guy comes out and walks around, then goes back inside. You can take him out if you want but it gets you nothing. All you do is head forward to the side alley and jump up - end of level.
