Way of the Samurai Walkthrough:
Special: Random Slasher

Random Slasher, a special title in the top right of your ranking screen, wants you to kill off around 200 enemies. This may seem like a lot, but it's really very easy.

At the start of the game, ignore Suzu and go down to the river, Go left along the river to the ladder, which takes you up to the foundry area. Your buddy the storyteller is there. Attack him. Once you do, you'll get 100 enemies in a row streaming in on you. Luckily, if you're hurt they'll drop veggies for you to eat. Go in with a good sword and you'll have no trouble.

They nicely help you count. Here are the things they say:

Shit, we lost 3!

Oh no, he's already defeated 7 of us.

my goodness 10

20 he is good

30 now

40, shit!

50 Half way there now.

60 - oh he's tough!

80 - the climax is yet to come!

90 - keep going

You did it! You are incredible to defeat 100 of us. Here take this. (they give you 10 yen) We'll spar with you any time. See ya!

Then he goes back into storyteller mode. Just attack him again to start off the next wave of 100. Once you finish with 200 of them, walk off the map by the train tracks to end the game and get the title. Note that you can actually just get 187 and still get the title. It's just safer to go with 200. 128 is NOT enough!

You get 100 points and the special title of "Random Slasher"
