You've got 2 zebras, and have to paint savannah on their territory. Remove the random trees in there with the bulldozer and then toss in 2 Acacia trees. You're told you need 2 photos of them. Drop in a scratching post, that photo should be easy to get. But I had to wait like 15 minutes before one of them decided to go for a run. Note that you can walk up to the gate and hit SPACE to go inside the pen which makes photo-taking much easier.

Once you finally get the 2 photos, you now get 2 jaguars for 2 months. Make a new area and give it a tropical feel. Give them food, water, toys, bed and shade. By the time it hits March (well the end of February) you win with really not much trouble at all.
