Wake yourself up with Sumac! If you have never been on a flavor journey with this wonderful berried herb, then you have been missing out. It's lemony flavor and deep red hue, highlights my version of an ancient Middle Eastern recipe, Palestinian chicken. My kids said "Mmmm" on the first bite!
