I've just returned from presenting at a local homeschooling conference. Roughly half the parents there are already homeschooling, and the remainder are considering it. If your gifted child is currently homeschooling, I'm interested in hearing what you love about it and what you find most challenging. Please email me at giftededucation@bellaonline.com to let me know. What I took away from the conference is that a primary concern for parents of gifted homeschoolers is finding peers for their children.
