N is for Nuts
Nuts are high in protein and very filling making them a perfect snack. They are also high in fiber and antioxidants. I love all types of nuts but definitely have a few favorites. I like to add pecans to side dishes such as sautéed Brussels sprouts and almonds are a staple in a lot of my salads. Check out their use in my recipe for Fall Chopped Salad.
