November menopause tips for exercising:
Don’t let the wintry weather stop you from exercising if you are not lucky enough to live in the South!
*Dress in layers to keep warm. You can always remove a layer if you get warm.
*Make your outermost layer a waterproof one to keep dry
*Take your workout indoors! You don’t have to join a gym-try lifting small weights while watching your favorite show or do stretches at your desk
*Get the whole family active with fun outdoor activities or take the dog for a vigorous walk!
