Chile Relleno Casserole Wrap Recipe
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
Have you had time to make the high fiber tortillas? I need to make some of them myself. They are so useful for a quick breakfast or lunch. Tear the tortilla into little pieces and use it to dip hummus. Of course, you can always use these tortillas as a wrap for a delicious filling.
Last week, I was developing some fillings for our high fiber tortillas, and the thought of eating chile rellenos was tantalizing. We don't deep fry foods at our home, but I love to get a chile relleno when we go out to eat Mexican food. When you crave the taste of a chile relleno, but the thought of the deep frying makes you feel queasy, try this tasty casserole, instead. Chile Relleno Casserole Wraps are so good! You can also use the chile relleno casserole as a side dish for tostadas.
