Creamy Goat Cheese Spread Recipes
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
One thing that warms my heart on a cold winter day is a tasty spread on a crunchy cracker. These little open face sandwiches can be so satisfying. In the last year I have developed a fondness for chevre. Chevre, a fresh and creamy goat cheese that is easy to spread, is a great alternative to cream cheese. It is lower in fat and higher in protein. Flavored chevre often costs more than plain. Don't pay more! Here are two simple and tasty recipes for flavored chevre.
