Greetings from the Land of Oz!
Fall is almost upon us, and that's soup weather! This week, you really couldn't tell that summer is ending in Kansas. Today is our third day in a row above 100 degrees F. However, when the weather settles down, I'm going to make some soup bone broth and prepare a huge batch of homemade soup. Sandwiches go so well with a warm and hearty soup! Until the weather cools off, I'll be content with my "value added" soups. I add the value by using a canned condensed soup with my own fresh ingredients. My, oh my! This value added soup is tasty!
Spinach Mushroom Creamy Soup Recipe
Transform a sandwich into a meal with this delicious, creamy spinach mushroom soup. Using a canned soup as a base, this "value added" soup is ready in less than half an hour. Nobody will know that your homemade soup started life in a can!
