African American Culture

November 6 2009 African American Culture Newsletter

Are you ready for the holidays? I can hardly believe that the end of the year is almost here.

I am excited about the holidays. Really, I am excited about life! Although there have been some hard times of late; I still am blessed and know that things will get better. I just have to stay focus and keep the faith! And I encourage you to do the same.

I know it is often easier said than done; but you are worth the effort. Don't you think you deserve peace of mind? Of course you do! So, encourage yourself and don't let anything hinder you. Reach and believe for what you want. Don't let people, situations, or circumstances steal your joy. You are alive, and that is at least one thing to be thankful for!

You remain in my prayers and thoughts.
