Simplify Bill Payment to Improve ADD Symptoms
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
As many of you already know, I take every opportunity to simplify my life. From making nutritious muffins that I can just stuff into a baggie as I run out the door (which simplifies breakfast and lunch), to planning ahead for free holiday gifts for co-workers and friends (The BellaOnline Bundle), I want to make my life easier by simplifying. When I get over-stressed, it is not a good thing. Shutting down or slowing down doesn't help anything, but I tend to do it anyway, although as I've learned to cope with symptoms, it's not as difficult to get re-started.
When your life is hectic and your Attention Deficit Disorder symptoms are pushing you over the edge, the last thing you need is stress from late payments on bills. Use your creativity and ingenuity. Start paying your bills electronically. It will simplify your life!
Going online with an electronic bill paying service is a good first step toward increasing the peaceful atmosphere in your life.
