Greetings from the Land of OZ!
In many countries of the world, the holidays are on the horizon. Holiday seasons have almost infinite possibilities for stress, the kind of stress that is not our friend and increases the severity of ADD's negative symptoms. Whether the holidays are just around the corner for you or at a much later date, this article will help you deal with some of the things that stress us out during the holiday season. The related articles at the bottom of the main article can also help.
Do you have tips on what to do if you are alone on the holidays? Some people are. What can they do to make this a positive time? Please post to the forum.
My articles post regularly on Thursday each week. Since that is Thanksgiving in the United States, next week's article will post earlier in the week. A link to the article is below.
I wish you a blessed week,
P.S. If you are stressing about how much turkey you have left over, go to the Sandwiches site. There are some great ideas about what to do with that turkey!
