Happy Summer everyone! It's finally here.

Infused Olive Oil Recipe

This is a favorite of mine. With all of the
wonderful herbs beginning to harvest, this is the
perfect time to add to a quality olive oil and serve
with a crusty italian bread of choice or additive
to a favorite bruschetta!

1 - 1 1/2 cups olive oil
3 sprigs rosemary
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
2 thin lemon peel curls
regiano and parmesean cheese to taste
season pepper to taste

Heat on low for about 5 minutes and strain. Serve warm
or cold. Keeps for a week.
