I was recently talking with Les / Mexico about online jigsaw puzzles. He thought it would be good to have them all in our puzzle area so they are easy to find and maintain. I agreed, and I have set that up for us!
You can see where the listing page is here -
So far there's only the few puzzles that I put in for testing, but you can see how this works. A site can have as many jigsaw puzzles as it wants! This is an easy, fun way to draw traffic in to your site. Everyone loves free jigsaw puzzles.
To set up your jigsaw puzzles, you'll want an account at JigZone.com. They're completely free, and they let you turn any 300x400 picture into a variety of jigsaw puzzle sizes. You can use big pieces or small ones, regular or irregular ones. It's actually quite fun :)
Then, in your admin area, look under "Fun & Games". You'll see there's now an area in there to manage your jigsaw puzzles. You just cut and paste the code from JigZone into the spot and voila! You have a live jigsaw puzzle!
Let me know if you have any questions at all about this. I just set up the code today, so if you see anything that could be explained better or that needs tweaking, I'll take care of it.
