Prevent Rotator Cuff Injuries
This article is about the causes and prevention of rotator cuff injuries. Overwork and excessive use can cause inflammation and pain resulting in tendonitis, bursitis, muscle strain or tear. Exercise such as stretching and strength exercises help to prevent rotator cuff injury.
